1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses, with full coverage for our core products. For mainland U.S. (contiguous states), there are no restrictions—Helmets, Protective Gear, and Bicycle Odometers ship to every zip code. Alaska and Hawaii also have full delivery coverage, with no surcharges for standard shipping (though remote areas in these states may require 1–2 extra days, as noted in Section 3).
For U.S. territories—including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa—note that Bicycle Odometers may incur a small customs fee: we cover up to $10 of this fee, and any excess amount is clearly communicated at checkout. We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail, with exclusive military discounts available (email us for details). Additionally, all items—including Helmets—can be shipped to PO Boxes via USPS, as our packaging is optimized for postal delivery with no size restrictions.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Eligibility

2.2 Extra Fees for Special Cases
There are a few special cases that may incur extra fees. For oversized Protective Gear—such as full-body cycling suits (which are rarely ordered)—a
5 surcharge is added to cover last-mile delivery costs. APO/FPO addresses receive exclusive benefits: all orders to these military addresses qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
3. Delivery Timelines
We process orders Monday–Friday (9 AM–5 PM ET). Any orders placed after 3 PM ET will ship the next business day, and we do not process orders on U.S. holidays—including Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, and New Year’s Day.
For standard shipping (via USPS Priority Mail), delivery timelines vary by destination: mainland U.S. receives orders in 2–4 business days, Alaska and Hawaii in 3–5 business days, U.S. territories in 5–7 business days, and APO/FPO addresses in 7–10 business days. Express Shipping (via DHL Express) has shorter timelines: mainland U.S. gets orders in 1–2 business days, Alaska and Hawaii in 2–3 business days, and U.S. territories in 3–4 business days (Express Shipping is not available for APO/FPO addresses).
3.1 Key Notes on Timelines
There are a few key details to note about delivery timelines. All Bicycle Odometers are shipped from our U.S. warehouse (located in Ohio) to ensure faster delivery—most mainland U.S. orders for Odometers arrive within 2 days. For Helmets that are “made-to-order” (e.g., custom color options), add 1–2 business days to the standard timeline; we’ll notify you of the exact ship date via email once production is complete. In cases of severe weather—such as winter storms in the Northeast or hurricanes in the Southeast—carriers may delay delivery. If this happens, we’ll send you a notification with an updated arrival date as soon as we receive it from the carrier.
4. Delivery Tracking & Notifications
We keep you informed at every step of the shipping process to ensure you know when to expect your order. First, immediately after purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your unique order number and an estimated ship date. Second, once your order ships (within 1–2 business days), we’ll send a shipment notification email that includes two key details: a tracking number (for either USPS or DHL, with a clickable link to view real-time location updates) and a specific delivery window (e.g., “Expected delivery: Wednesday, 10 AM–2 PM”).
Third, USPS or DHL will send you a text message or email when your package is out for delivery—this is optional, and you can opt in via the carrier’s website using your tracking number. If you lose your tracking number, simply email us with your order number, and we’ll resend the tracking link within 1 hour.
5. Packaging & Product Protection
Cycling gear—especially Helmets and Bicycle Odometers—requires careful packaging to avoid damage during transit. We use U.S.-sourced, eco-friendly materials for all packaging. For Helmets, we wrap each one in shock-absorbing foam, then place it in a rigid cardboard box with “Fragile—Handle with Care” labels. The box is sized to fit the Helmet snugly, preventing movement during shipping.
For Bicycle Odometers, we seal each device in a padded plastic case (to protect the screen from scratches or cracks), then place the case in a cardboard box with extra bubble wrap for added cushioning. All accessories that come with the Odometer—like the USB-C cable and handlebar mount—are packed in a separate labeled pouch to keep them organized.
For Protective Gear, we fold each piece neatly and place it in a breathable mesh bag (to prevent mildew, especially during longer shipments), then pack the mesh bags in corrugated boxes. We also secure straps and buckles with tape to avoid tangling during transit. Additionally, we include a delivery checklist with every order—please inspect your gear immediately upon receipt and note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, as this is critical for processing damage claims.
6. Handling Shipping Issues
We resolve 99% of shipping issues within 2 business days, and here’s how to address the most common problems.
6.1 Delayed Deliveries
If your package is late—for example, if standard shipping to mainland U.S. takes 6 or more days—first check the tracking link. Carriers often note the reason for delays (e.g., “held at sorting facility due to high volume”). If no update is available for 48 hours, email us, and we’ll contact USPS or DHL directly to escalate the issue. For delays that exceed 3 days beyond the estimated timeline, we offer compensation: you can choose between a $10 store credit (valid for 6 months) or a free accessory (e.g., a Helmet padding set).
6.2 Damaged Items
If your gear arrives damaged—such as a cracked Helmet shell or a broken Odometer screen—first document the damage by taking photos of the item, the packaging, and the carrier’s delivery receipt (if you noted damage on the receipt when accepting the package). Next, report the damage to us within 48 hours by emailing us with your order number, the photos, and a detailed description of the damage (e.g., “Helmet shell cracked on the left side, near the strap buckle”).
Our resolution process is straightforward: we’ll either send a replacement item via Express Shipping (free of charge) within 1 business day, provide a pre-paid label for you to return the damaged item (we cover all shipping costs), or offer a full refund to your original payment method—whichever you prefer.
6.3 Missing Items
If part of your order is missing—for example, if there’s no USB cable for your Odometer or missing padding for your Helmet—first check the packaging thoroughly. Small items are often hidden in pouches (e.g., Odometer accessories in the lid of the box) or under other pieces of gear. If you still can’t find the missing item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a list of the missing items. We’ll ship the missing parts via USPS First Class Mail (free of charge) within 24 hours—there’s no need to return any other items from your order.
6.4 Wrong Address Deliveries
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, act quickly. If the order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, email us immediately—we can update the address for 90% of such requests. If the order has already shipped, we’ll work with USPS or DHL to redirect the package, though a fee applies:
19.99 for U.S. territories. If redirection isn’t possible (e.g., the package has already been delivered to the wrong address), we’ll send a replacement order—you’ll only pay 50% of the product cost, and we’ll cover the shipping for the replacement.
7. International Shipping (For U.S. Customers with Global Needs)
While our primary focus is on U.S. delivery, we offer limited international shipping to Canada—this is popular with U.S. customers who live near the U.S.-Canada border. For shipping to Canada, standard delivery (via DHL) takes 7–10 business days, with rates of
14.99 for Bicycle Odometers or Protective Gear. We also offer free shipping to Canada on orders over $150.
For customs clearance, we include all necessary documentation—such as a commercial invoice and HS codes—to avoid delays at the Canadian border. Note that Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, and we estimate these duties to be 5–10% of the order value (we recommend checking with Canada Border Services for exact details based on your location). For shipping to other countries (e.g., Mexico, Europe), email us for a custom quote—we partner with DHL International for reliable, tracked service to these destinations.
